User Data Deletion Instructions

Compliance with Meta Platform Data Policy

At ISGUL Tech, we provide users with full control over their data in accordance with Meta's security policies. If you wish to delete your account or any personal data associated with our CRM, please follow the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: In-App Deletion

  1. Log in to your ISGUL Tech dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings > Account Management.
  3. Click on "Delete My Organization & Data".
  4. Confirm your password to permanently wipe all linked WhatsApp history and leads.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "DATA DELETION REQUEST". Please include your organization name and the email address used for sign-up. We will process your request within 48-72 hours.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon receiving a deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our Firebase databases:

  • User profile and authentication records.
  • All synchronized WhatsApp contacts and leads.
  • All message history stored in our CRM.
  • Associated Meta Access Tokens and configurations.

Note: Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
